Full grilled local Crayfish:

The hand-picked fleshy and fresh Crayfish is cleansed thoroughly to avoid any unwanted components, then cooked on a chargrill on both sides with a drizzle of olive oil and saltbush butter till it is cooked satisfactorily. Then saltbush leaves are added and cooked further for some time till they are charred. The Crayfish is served hot with lemon wedges and finger lime pearls.

Grilled Snapper:

This simple grill snapper has a distinct flavor and a delicate char flavor from the grill. It’s well seasoned but not overly risqué, served with grilled wedges or green salad. It is also available in two variants one with red sauce and the other with lemon garlic.

Rich Garlic Prawns:

The selected fresh prawns are cleaned and creamy sauce is prepared with butter and olive oil, to make the thick gravy a cup of stock is added along with flour and cream, finally, prawns are added and cooked with salt and pepper seasoning. Served to steam hot with aromatic gravy.

Chilli Mussels:

The beautiful flavor of fresh muscle is showcased with spicy tomato sauce. Adorned with fresh parsley.

Spicy Prawn and Scallops served on skewers

These prawns and scallops are served in skewers and make the perfect roasted treats for sharing.

Grilled Tiger prawns:

Juicy prawns cooked on a grill and then coated with a spicy garlic lemon butter sauce.

Salt and pepper Calamari :

This delicious squid is crumbly on the outside, supple on the inside, and comes with a perfect balance of dressing. It is the best choice for a starter from your platter.

Moreton Bay Bugs:

Eastern Australia’s beloved seafood, the buds are brushed generously with butter and flavored with rich, roasted garlic.

Turkish Bread :

These fluffy slices of bread are perfect companions to the rest of the platter. They are fresh, baked locally, and compliment the rest of the platter, perfectly!

Marinated Octopus served as a Salad :

Boiled and cooked octopus served on a base made of herbs, cucumber, red onions, cilantro, dried oregano, and jalapeño. It is seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil and served with a dash of tomatoes.
